These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VolleyConnect, operated by The Seay Group LLC
("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VolleyConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use
the application.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use VolleyConnect. Users under 18 must have parental or legal
guardian consent.
3. User Accounts
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information
Maintain account security
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us of unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
4. Club Accounts and Verification
Clubs may be required to submit verification documents to confirm ownership or authority to represent a
volleyball organization.
VolleyConnect reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove club accounts at its sole discretion.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Provide false information
Harass, threaten, or abuse others
Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Copy, scrape, or reproduce app content without permission
Manipulate ratings or reviews
6. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit ratings and reviews. VolleyConnect reserves the right to remove content that violates
these Terms.
7. Subscription Services
Certain features may require paid subscriptions.
Subscription fees are billed in advance.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Pricing may change with reasonable notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All VolleyConnect content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and branding are owned by The Seay
Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant VolleyConnect a worldwide, royalty-free license to
display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraudulent activity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
VolleyConnect is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Seay Group LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Seay Group LLC from claims arising out of your use
of VolleyConnect or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law
principles.
14. Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County,
Arizona, except where prohibited by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of VolleyConnect after changes constitutes
acceptance of the revised Terms.
